Ngoài ra, tai nghe HDJ-X7 đi kèm với một dây cáp xoắn 1,2 m có thể tháo rời và một cáp thẳng 1,6 m, cộng với một mini-jack loại L để ngăn chặn sự ngắt kết nối đột ngột.
